I'll always be from the Northwest. I graduated from a small high school on Orcas Island then from the University of Washington in Seattle. Growing up, I had a chainsaw before I had a driver's license, which helped me to form a strong work ethic.
I've worked in Australia, China and most European countries. I've had the opportunity to experience first-hand marketing and product development techniques in Finland, Germany, The Netherlands and Italy. I've worked with some of the world's leading physicians, radiologists and experts in emergency care for the dental office environment.
From these experiences I've learned the value of peer-to-peer marketing, how effective a team with good commraderie can be and that empowering employees is the best way to bring out their passion and creativity.
After college, I studied rock climbing and mountaineering, summiting Mt. Raninier twice.
I practice yoga, love to ski and have spent time paddling a sea kayak and hiking the Cascade Mountains. On a weekend, you'll probably find me deep in the forest on a cross-country and downhill mountain bike.
